酒店前台对住客耐心礼貌，订房各细节核实认真。房间隔音效果不错，卫生也好。早餐没有尝试，因为紧邻北京西站南广场，出门打车费点劲。楼内饭馆较多，经常在电梯里遇到醉汉。房间里赠的瓶水放的次序有点问题，里面放矿泉水，客人取水时很容易把水杯和杯盖碰到地上摔碎，因为空间太小。
