我是在去北京的第一天和离开北京的最后一天预定该酒店。第一天入住晚上很热，酒店空调却打不开，和酒店沟通换一床薄被，然而一晚上也没有人送来，沟通几次无果，一晚上我和宝宝都无法入睡！为了不想走的时候继续住这样的酒店，我取消了高铁行程，改坐飞机……于是需要和酒店协商取消最后一天的预定，然而酒店拒绝取消，艺龙也拒绝，保险也拒绝！呵呵……以后不会预定这家！
