位置很好，离天安门和故宫一公里多点，就在王府井，很方便。酒店设施也很好，老外住店的很多，可见口碑在国外也挺好，毕竟是假日集团旗下的五星级，IHG。细节有需要改进的地方，和酒店反馈过后马上整改了，很值得称赞，推荐入住

定了两间房间，居然房间里面都有通门，对客住的人身安全及财产无任何保障。还是五星酒店，试问五星酒店对房间的安全性隐患性是如何审查的。这种酒店为什么还在网上发布虚假信息，发布的房间也未告知客人。
