前台服务员，记花账，一间客房收两份钱，我是中国航天发动机有限公司北京公司员工，给陕西公司员工订房时我已把房费付了，结果客人入住时前台在知道客人的姓名已收过钱，继续向客人收取房费，这种中饱私囊的行为，难道是我航天人应有的吗？希望招待所领导能够作出解释

优点：房间干净，服务态度好，都有窗，房间还有绿色植物，大赞。网络信号还可以。早餐十五一位，稀饭包子馒头之类的。
缺点：酒店附近交通一般，每次需打车去地铁站，附近没什么饭店，吃饭不方便。
