    元旦晚餐种类多味道不错，泡汤舒服，旁边酒店的爱奇艺乐园也可让小孩玩上两三小时，客房服务一次次帮助拿东西甚是感谢，希望在入住时可以在前台把洗漱用品领全~

    好评: *提前给酒店打电话把双床拼在一起，我们三口睡绰绰有余。预订了围栏，酒店还给免费升级了阳台景观房。退房给延迟到2点，刚好孩子在酒店睡了午觉才出发回程。 *凯悦的早餐孩子可以吃的东西还是比较多的，像我们快2岁娃很喜欢吃早餐的馄饨。 *凯悦的游泳池有小童专门的小池子，水深50cm，水温在三十七八度，特别适合孩子玩。 *奇巴布乐园在嘉轩酒店，从凯悦走过去大概5分钟路程。我很喜欢这个乐园，特别宽敞，适合大运动放电，布景也很漂亮。早上10点刚开门的一小时和晚上8点闭园前的一小时人特别特别少，孩子玩的很痛快。 *世园最近淡季免票，人超级少，很适合孩子在户外疯跑放电。延庆白天也没有想象中那么冷，空气很清新。 差评: *办理入住的时候居然排大长队，不知道是前台人员效率低还是电子系统太慢的原因。前台客服略显不专业，比如1月2日世园晚上有无人机表演加场，我下午去谘询告知我没有表演所以没去，结果晚上看小红书才知道有加场。 *可能元旦这几天人多，早餐去晚了居然要排队。还好我家娃这两天给力没睡懒觉，8点左右下楼吃早饭人还不多，等我们吃完出去就开始排队了。 *奇巴布乐一层靠门口的位置有点冷，一层里面和二层比较暖和。有的区域的海洋球感觉清洁不到位。 *悦沁汤泉我个人感觉非常一般，一是凯悦走过去的连廊很冷，里面换衣在L层，泡汤在B1层，有点绕。我们退房那天听説连廊灯坏了还是啥的，凯悦的客人要从b2停车场过去，不太方便。悦沁的小童水上乐园水温偏低，只有30度，孩子待不了太久。

    酒店位于延庆世园度假区，入住这天客人很多，我们到的早，前台小孔（恐恐）小姐姐在满房的状态下给安排了朝阳的房间??～房间宽敞明亮，乾净整洁，下午阳光非常好?? 凯悦旁边儿是悦沁，有温泉和小童水乐园，水乐园不是很大，也够小朋友玩儿得不亦乐乎。还有一个奇巴布小童乐园，在世园嘉轩酒店里，场地很大，一层比较冷，二层非常暖和，小朋友在里边儿玩儿了一整天，充分放电～ 周末过得非常充实，正好还赶上下雪，在户外泡温泉很是惬意～ 再次感谢小孔小姐姐～服务非常热情周到??

    酒店整体还行，不过冬天世园没啥看的，建议其他时间去。如果是为了汤泉去的话还是可以的，虽然汤泉的设施跟市区没法比，但是胜在人少。

    Housekeeping is excellent and provides top notch service, on the other hand front office is not so customer focused and provide wrong information, also did not convey proper instruction on the ski passes and direction to the paleontology museum. Breakfast is mediocre for the star rating of this hotel.
