在宾馆住了三天，头两天入住醇享大床房，感觉的确设施不错，都很新，第三天换到非凡双人房出现了一些问题：第一，服务员首次给我们开的房间明显不如醇享房大，严重怀疑服务员给我们搞错了；第二，我们带着孩子和服务员提出要非凡大床房，服务员答应了，但是入住非凡大床房后发现，两个房型不是仅仅床型不同，非凡大床房内有一堵墙，而且洗手间布局极不合理，只容得下一人进入，到这些问题服务员都没有提前告知，很不专业。
