只能借此机会表达我的感谢之情了，因为母亲看病时间医院让往后延期，导致不能正常入住，在艺龙上买的是不能退款的，但是经协商全部退款了，这是没有想到的，锦江之星北京五棵松店，谢谢！

前厅女接待员服务态度差 话没说完就打断
客房服务大妈态度很好 我住了四天也没让打扫 就换了下垃圾袋 她还问我要不要水 我说还有～就不用换了～然后最后一天晚上水喝完了想再要～打电话给前厅接待直接说要钱的 一天就两瓶免费 我说我住了四天才喝两瓶 虽然最后还是拿过来 但是等待时间比较长 还有想要一个酒店袋子装东西～给我一个塑料袋 问她说没有～呵呵～房间还可以挺干净也很安静 就是电视会大概一个小时没按就自动关 空调也会突然响一声
