非常不愉快的经历。到了酒店居然要手机的验证码，但是携程根本没有给发验证码。跟携程沟通了一个小时才知道是多方平台转借预定。个人不反对平台间互相合作但是因为合作导致服务效率降低绝对会降低客户的忠实度吧。另外，温泉离酒店有15分钟车程，对于没有去过凤山的人，谁能知道呢，并且打不车超级困难

酒店在山里，没什么人，挺清净的，空气好，服务员比较少，但客房很干净，价格也适中，早上可以从院里上山运动，满眼绿色，离十三陵及水库，蟒山等景区都比较近，交通也方便
