各方面都不错，在周边是少有的条件较好的酒店，但服务实在略差些，办入住、退房、早餐都要到边上另外一个酒店大堂办理，非常不方便，自己酒店晚上前台、消控室也没有人值班，缺乏安全感

不知是酒店的问题还是携程的问题，在收到携程预订确认信息的前提下，原本预订的带独立泡池的房间在办理入住时被告知没有预订上。过节带着老人孩子来不想扫兴，互相妥协了下，酒店把房间做了升级，携程也给了一定的赔付，都还算讲理吧！房间设施不错，卫生间大而空旷，估计几乎没什么人用它的浴缸（毕竟来这里住的很多都去他的大温泉宫玩耍了），浴室显得很干净（我这人出行对卫生间的洁净程度好像一直标准稍高）。有洁癖的基本应该能接受。美中不足的是早晨有点潦草，希望改进。
