酒店位置非常好，出门过个马路就是大栅栏商业街，去天安门也很方便，穿过人民英雄纪念碑的广场就可以，我一人去的，基本全部徒步，酒店环境很好，也很干净卫生，我调不来电视，客服服务阿姨 进来一边调整，一边讲解，非常和蔼可亲。我退房那天，因为是下午6点的飞机，而且还要出去逛街，就把行李存放在前台了，等我玩了回来，发现有点早，就在大厅里的沙发上小憩一会儿，酒店前台有个短头发的小姐姐，看到我在那儿睡觉，怕我感冒了，就把自己的工作羽绒服拿给我披着，真的很温暖，因为我是一个人去旅行，所以酒店也很安全，下次去北京还会住这里，非常好的一次入住体验，谢谢酒店所有人员的服务！

感觉接待外宾比较多。服务不好，设施差劲，位置不优，价格也不便宜。
入住前定好的一晚单人间，登记的时候手续麻烦，又问住几晚又问是不是一个人，查不到吗，其他定的酒店都不会。在6楼，电梯不通，指向也不明确，找了个客房服务问直接给我指到露天楼梯锁住了。房间里马桶、水龙头都有点问题，主要没有热水，一直放都没有，空调也没有，冷。本来想着看升旗方便，结果位置走过去要半个小时，骑单车要绕道，离地铁站要走10几分钟，出去也麻烦，还不如住个远点直达前门的地铁房。

酒店住宿环境简直太一般，先住了两天然后续了三天，本来还想着继续再续住一天就走了，没想到被酒店告知没有房间不能续住了，不知道这没有房间是真的没有房间还是假的，总之体验太差了
