为了接从奥克兰来的外孙女在该酒店入住，昨凌晨4点钟酒店用车送我到T3航站楼接到外孙女，之后打电话前台请派车接我们回酒店，被拒绝让我们自行打车回来。在订酒店时说的是随时免费接机送礼，可入住后却自食其言。酒店周边环境很荒凉偏僻，这种酒店入住就是为了接机送机，没有其它目的，而酒店的服务不到位真是令人遗憾，我是下次绝不会再到这个酒店来入住了。
