最差的一次住房体验，首先卫生：房间的苍蝇有蜜蜂那么大，毛巾已经是黄色的了，而且已经碎边严重了酒店还在坚持用，真的是节约到家，我都没舍得擦脸！再有服务：前台服务面无表情，爱答不理；要不是陪孩子在附近考试，酒店位置太偏不好打车，一定不会选这家

酒店卫生工作很不到位，床单上的头发好几处。电话的线路都没通，联系大堂困难。优点是室内的装修设计古色古香，周边环境不错，临水让人心情愉悦。景致有江南的感觉，就是景致范围太小，有待进一步建设。

居住环境很不错，酒店服务真的是太差了，第一天入住没有一次性拖鞋，打客服没有人，打前台说一会给送，等了一晚没有送早上开门看见放在门口了，第二天打客服依旧没打通告知前台收拾房间，回来时发现只是把被子铺在了床上了，依旧打不通客服，告知前台后来了一位客房服务人员问你们续住了吗？我说住三天呢，麻烦您好好打算一下，第三天问前台没有身体乳吗？晚上发现放了一小只，最后一天退房，由于两个人带两个孩子于是一人去退房一人在房间带两娃在房间等待，客房服务人员以两个孩子坐在床上为由拒绝查房，不与退押金，最后一个人带着两个娃把所有行李搬到门口才退房！经常带娃出游，这真的是最差的一次体验！
