首先强调不是有待改善，改善远远不够。4月6日 15.45分左右，办理完入住，入住的时候并没有告知房间有任何异常或需要等待，由于比较疲劳准备直接到房间休息，到房间后物业工作人员在维修马桶，地板和房间没有清理。下楼准备换房间，告知这个房型没有房间了，让我等，大约到17.00。没有房间了？是我的问题吗？办理完入住手续，让客人在前台等一个多小时，我住了几百晚宾馆了，真是第一次见，这就是服务？？无论说什么，就是一句话这个房型没房间了。。。？？好像是我的错似的，我花钱入住了，累了想睡觉还得等你们？真是第一次见，换个房型不行？，本来就是酒店的过错，换房型有问题吗？？得，最后换了另一个人来，来一句没房间了，要不你退了吧，还美名其曰 协商退房，我呸，我不退有办法吗，你们是不困，玩着手机，聊着天高兴的很。下午16点让客人退房，你现给找地住啊，站着说话不腰疼，你以为我在求你，快让我住吧？ 相关领导看到我这个投诉也好，评论也罢，不要想着第一时间删除，我已经备份了，删一次发两次，也不要深表歉意就完事了，无论艺龙也好酒店方也好，赔偿我一晚上房间的损失不为过吧？订房了因酒店过错没有房间住该赔偿也是行规吧
