总体上很好，符合五星级酒店的标准。1、优点是设施设备比较新，卫生间和浴室比较舒适，整体比较豪华，风格也很高端，饮食也不错。2、缺点是服务一般，尤其是客房服务员送东西速度很慢，等一个小时也不来，希望酒店加强对客房服务员服务质量的提高。
