差！入住：明明全额订了两间房，前台说只有一间，让我们自己联系艺龙，联系艺龙后说是两间，前台再查又说是两间了，那你前面在干嘛？我们又老又小的，在那耽误大半天！
房间：没有梳子、没有空调，30度的天气没有空调，说是整个大楼都没有开，好吧，前台说可以开窗，问题是窗只能开一条缝，而且自己不能开，需要叫服务员用开窗器开！晚上为了不热死，只能开窗，可是旁边大概是家运货的公司，装卸货物、运输了一个晚上，根本没有办法睡觉！
因为开始只给我们确认一间房，所以我们两间房不在同一层，第二天换了同一层，换房的时候保洁阿姨说毛巾染色了，问题是到我们住三天后退房时才说要25元赔偿，我想了半天不知道是什么可以把毛巾染色，在终于看到毛巾的淡淡的粉色后不就是儿子吃西瓜留下的颜色吗？好吧，我只能到洗手间清洗一下，看来，你们的毛巾是不是只能看不能用！而且我们第二天换房的时候忘记了自己的一条毛巾，为了少点麻烦就不找了，你们怎么就没有发现呢！！
入住的第二天早餐马桶竟然没有水，一问竟然不是个例，而是大家都没有！只能自己接水冲！还好晚上回来后有水了。
除了地铁口比较近，出入方便外，别的实在太差了，没有之一啊！
