工作人員服務、早餐沒話說。
房型裝潢好壞新舊真的差太多！！！第一天住610，邊間房，廁所管線臭ㄧ晚，因為飯店生意好，後來換房也不是原本訂房型，等於多白白多花錢！
以往公司主管出差大多住這，這次在主管推薦下再來入住，蠻失望的，北京是如此競爭地方，飯店房型與裝潢差，甚至是煮水壺還是塑膠製的！！！！！！！跟不上潮流，還好你們有好員工撐場！！！ 經營者這樣呼嚨客人，蠻糟的。

酒店步行至地铁5号线崇文门站也就2分钟，北京旅游坐地铁即可，就在新世界百货商场的后面，房间还算新，没有定早餐房，大厦旁边有KFC，m记，旁边吃货一条街，有涮羊肉火锅，潮粥荟，饺子馆，便利店，购物吃饭都方便。

初次住该酒店，地段好，交通便利，饮食方面，酒店硬件和软件设施齐全，房间清洁，光线良好，服务态度很好，价格适中，下次还要住这酒店，还向朋友推荐！

酒店地理位置超级棒，离地铁站（二号线和五号线交汇处）很近，交通便利，离天安门、王府井、天坛公园都较近。购物也很方便，在新世界商场旁边，底层有超市。服务员服务态度很好，酒店打扫得很干净。环境不错，晚上很安静。
