入住的时候刷了预授权，结果家人来的时候又被刷了预授权，下去问酒店前台，理直气壮的说是前台的外国小哥处理错了，多问两句，前台开始不耐烦了；十一过来的安排的朝阳的房间超级晒，屋内气温很高，房间空调调到最高档（最冷）也没用，小朋友热的晚上睡不着，从朋友家借了风扇拿过来用……唯一值得欣慰的就是离地铁近了，以后不会来住了，房间都很小，个人行性价比太低

非常好的一家酒店，离地铁口很近，周边购物也很方便服务很贴心。入住酒店的时间比较迟，BellaWang和Vincent Zhang贴心安排标准间，快速入住；退房的时候， Eric Wang也是很热情周到，满意的一次入住。
