这是第一次让我吐槽的酒店，上下楼极其不方便，酒店一共10层楼，仅有1部电梯，每次下楼都要等五分钟以上。也不知道是你们的疏忽还是行业惯例，退房前一天下午房卡不好用，刚等了好久电梯上来我不想再跑一趟，想用电梯口的电话呼叫前台结果竟然是坏的，从艺龙上找到电话打过去才好用。总之是一次很差的入住体验，以后不会再来了。
