14:30到达酒店，一直无空房间，16:30才能办理入住，足足等了2个小时，耽误了后面的安排，收拾完快18:00才去温泉游泳，3个水滑梯只开了1个，泳池安全员爱搭不理，问他什么都像求爷爷似的，服务态度很差，21点才吃上晚饭，太晚了带孩子所以在酒店用餐，菜量很大，口味一般，米饭凉的，有点像郊区农家饭水平。房间内垃圾桶己满叫服务员无人。退房时前台说把房卡放着就好，我们订的闪住有押金，过了半天又把我们叫回来，说昨晚的餐费还要再签字确认，朋友一起说前台以为我们跑单了，服务真是无语了，还不如一般的商务酒店，酒体整体服务水平太差，缺乏培训。
