总体来说很不错，独立别墅，有私家独院，应有尽有冰箱，洗衣机，微波炉，带上蔬菜就可以自己做饭了。适合家庭聚会，也很干净，唯一小缺点就是不在景区里，你买了门票就可以玩一天，但如果在景区里估计就不会那么便宜了吧，希望店主以后能跟景区合作就好了，能有优惠票就更好了。总之看自己想多玩的可以选择住里边旅馆，如果就想玩一天，或长住几天周边聚会可以选择这边。😁

酒店位置很好，出门没多远就到水镇门口，房间很干净，一层是个小客厅，还带个开放式厨房，如果朋友聚会一起吃涮肉什么的很方便，二层是卧室和卫生间，都很干净。店家服务很周到，我订的房间不包括早餐，但是还送了早餐，烧饼，鸡蛋，粥和榨菜，早餐送到房间还很烫。非常好的住宿！

上下两层复式，空间挺大挺干净的，楼下沙发实际还能睡人。假期挺贵的，这个没办法，小区里都是这样的酒店公寓。出小区就是古北水镇大门，挺方便，屋里还有外卖菜单。
