优：前台服务真心不错，前台各种提醒，对于顾客的问题也耐心解答，真心不错。劣：1房间冷，空调不热之前打电话联系时没有告知 2房间内没有明显的插座，烧水不方便，咨询服务员需要把床头柜移开 3两个茶杯，其中一个杯里有烟头，明显是之前什么人留下的，服务员也没有清理，卫生不到位 3洗脸池下没有垃圾桶，洗涑垃圾扔还得到处找垃圾箱，不人性化，其实洗脸台下放个垃圾箱用不了多少钱 4酒店位置还是有点偏，欢乐谷玩完了，打个的，北京司机都不知道这地方

离地铁站还是蛮近的 交通方便一些 但估计是本事那个地段就是偏所以人感觉少一点点 离欢乐谷稍微有段距离走路我记得得20分钟左右

酒店距欢乐谷很近，坐地铁仅一站；早餐比较简单，但比较可口；停车比较方便，且免费；房间比较宽敞，且属于以车为主题的装修，很有特色，孩子比较喜欢。

房子非常大，周边环境也不错，就是酒店设施有待换新，有空调的电视有问题，有电视的空调不好用，不得以大床换标间…
