酒店前台服务差！明明是预付的酒店，非得多收一次房费！后来找艺龙协调，说是把多付的钱达到银行卡，结果一个星期都没收到。又给酒店打电话才把钱退回来。要不是怕误了车，不给解决问题，说啥也不走！住过最不舒心的一次！
