位置挺中心，很方便。临水格调很好，卫生也不错。几个小缺点是：木屋家庭房的横梁比较矮，虽然影响可控但应该在预订界面提示一下；卫生间没挂钩；服务员小姑娘很好很热情，但老板有点冷点

这次携程的服务过程和最终处理结果很满意！房间描述有些问题导致订错房型，沟通后很好的解决了。谢谢！
客栈位置在古北水镇小吃街边，去哪儿也方便，服务很有家的感觉，下次去一定要住上临水那一侧的房间：）

虽然是第二次来了，但是夜景确实是很赞 ，上次有红叶，更美，这次虽没红叶，但爬了长城，带老人小孩一起，很开心

客栈的位置属于极佳的了，距离所有的景点都非常近，出门过桥就是游船码头，整体度假村的服务也是非常舒心的，每个人的态度都非常非常的好，推荐客栈的餐厅，能够在旅游的地方吃上这么舒心的饭实属不易了。

酒店很好，环境也好，唯一不足的就是房间里灯光太暗，床很舒服，房间超大，可以住五个人一点都不挤，我是带着孩子和婆婆一起来的订的木屋家庭房
