我訂了家庭房。房內設備齊全。兩衛一浴，有浴缸和企缸。有洗衣機，電磁爐，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全。短住長租皆宜。大窗通透。內園街景，環境清幽。
冬季中央暖氣，房內雖配有加濕器，但不能正常使用；浴室墻壁有水浸痕跡，保養做得很一般。服務熱情，附近有各類食肆，還有一間京城知名中醫診所。唯不近地鐵站。
