新星公司跟中油宾馆有内部协议价。行政标间协议价300多。打电话给酒店，酒店答没行政标间。其时周边酒店也紧张。托北京朋友在艺龙网订了高价行政标间640得以入住。结果酒店不给开发票，只有艺龙才能开如此的高价发票。开票时艺龙客服在输入发票信息时半分钟不愿意等待关闭界面。输入者处于懵懂状态。都是套路。
