设施一般，部分家具开裂起鼓，房间内有暖气但是凉的，需要用空调取暖，夜间噪音很大很干燥。因第二天早晨需参加会议入住一晚，凌晨到店在艺龙预付了全部房款却被前台索要500元押金，没有凭证只说是酒店自己的规定，表示质疑并再三交涉无果被前台的女服务员质问“你是不是来找事儿的？”呵呵，住一家从未住过的酒店品牌，事先并不了解服务如何房间如何就预付了不可退的全部房款，却被女服务员说是来找事儿的？这就是AHotel的待客之道。对顾客一点信任都没有，强烈建议各位不要选择这家店入住。

住了这么多年酒店 第一次评论！刚开始看到很多人就评论不是很好 但是想着看演唱会方便还是选择了这里！结果入住的时候才知道 并不是一个场馆 距离十分钟路程！办入住的时候前台说 你可以在网站取消 然后我们给您含早餐同样的价格！我说网站有返现的！立马态度就变了！其次酒店！真的是感觉差劲！空调风口就是特别脏而且风口直接对着床头！但是里面暖气不行必须要用！结果一晚上口干舌燥！第二天拉开窗帘首先就看到床头柜慢慢一层土 也不知道是空调的原因还是什么东西！
