酒店前台服务及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。酒店的房间打扫的非常干净、桌子台面一尘不染卫生做的很仔细认真，一进房门感觉空气比较清新让人感觉很舒服。

通过微信携程网订购，本来第一个就是这家酒店，上面写着t3航站楼店，以为很近没看距离，离飞机场远，偏僻。刚预定完要取消，重新订个近点的。可是后台无法取消。打电话酒店说网上取消。携程网客服说无法取消变更，如不住，全额扣费，强制入住。30号买的，提示29号18:00前取消变更。体验不太好，不顺心。携程网强行强卖的规则是否需要改变下？本来12315要投诉的，网上查了下域名也未备案。没有工商注册信息。

我是半夜1点多入住的，这是我入住体验最差的客房，没有之一，没有空调，没有网络，手机充电的插座也是坏的，手机电也充不了，没有热水，订的大床，结果就是俩个小床拼起来的，环境也特差，房间里味大，灰尘，蜘蛛网，反正提醒大家他的好评全是刷的，千万不要入住这家店

差，差，差……洗澡水小，没电梯，没空调，没窗，身体差点的会窒息死的，还另加收5元所谓的什么服务费，一晚没睡………
