环境非常好，就是艺龙这次太水了，本来17.31就已经酒店确认了，酒店确一直收不到确认信息，害得我等了一个多小时，多次打电话给艺龙反馈（艺龙回复十分钟后专人回复我），到现在艺龙也没用回复我为什么酒店确认不可以入住（客服反馈酒店一直没确认，而我们艺龙居然早早点击确认，明显欺骗消费者），每次出差都是用艺龙，这次让我感觉艺龙很失望，真的很失望，希望艺龙能给我一个合理的解释，挽回我对艺龙的重新定位。酒店非常好
