酒店整体色调有点压抑，早餐还行，就是退房打发票忒慢，那位实习生小姐姐核对了手机地址和电脑之后，一边读一边跟我们又核对一次，结果打错字了，我们也只能通过读音核对，看不见前台电脑，难道有谁可以自带技能通过读音识别错别字？请问东莞的莞的您学会怎么写了吗?实习生小姐姐背后吐槽顾客，声音太大啦，您嘴里那个5004那个男的这么讨厌，怎么不当面说？这难道是你们的企业文化教导前台在顾客没走之前就吐槽一波顾客是多么的烦人，多么的讨厌？

酒店位置较好就在地铁出口对面，设施陈旧了些床垫有点硬不是很舒服，卫生有待提高室内地毯该清洗了，服务态度很好。
