酒店卫生差，下午4点到得酒店，房间竟然没有打扫，被子堆在地上，床单、枕巾有污点，没有通风，烟气熏天；在等待打扫的时候，清洁员竟然当面用用过的浴巾擦马桶、洗手台，杯子也没有清洗，而且最后竟然用浴巾把浴室的地板也擦了，房间也没有瓶装水，幸好出差时习惯自备毛巾、洗漱用品等。在入住期间，下午3:30多了回酒店，房间竟然还没有整理，多次催促清洁员才到。前台人员服务差。
