我这次是帮朋友定的房间，因为在北京我总是预订奥亚酒店，房间干净，明亮、交通方便，离地铁5号线很近，到鸟巢打车只要一个起步价。我下次还是要预订奥亚酒店。

交通方便，但热水不热，洗澡冬天一定很冷，屋里霉味太大，厕所返味，很难闻。电视天线不好，图像不稳，网络还可以。

位置不错，基本上就在地铁站口，出行十分方便，周边有许多小餐馆适合用餐。就是房间的隔音效果不是太好。可能入住率高，所以看起来酒店内的设施不是很新，有点旧。不过，卫生条件还可以。和房价相比。

相对于价格来说，这此酒店的可住性还是可以的，但卫生条件和服务一般，但地理位置好， 离地铁站比较近，出行方便

洗澡水仅仅是不冰而已，不够热，根本没法洗澡，无线网络的信号太差，只有4%，上个百度都费劲，其他方面都还可以。

这间特价房还算不错，房间也不小，就是没有窗户，但有一个通风口，在北京190元一晚上，很划算了，下次来北京还住这里
