偶去北京苹果社区探视朋友，在网上定了就近的该公寓型酒店，虽然是家庭式住房，单人住有点浪费但还是很方便实用的，安保、卫生条件、居住环境还是比较舒适！但有些微小的不足：如四百元以上的客房没有配置电脑、卫生间的地板有积水（查看是地漏高于地面造成的，连擦鞋纸、扫衣服用品都没有、空调机开不了！因长途劳顿又是住一晚也赖的给店家理论，但做为首都的服务业还是要进一步提高服务质量，才能在市场竟争中立于不败之地。
