酒店的人文氛围让人惊喜，一楼"竹居"24小时图书馆是歇脚好去处，简约设计搭配属地摄影作品，处处透着质感。房间虽紧凑但细节满分，高支棉床品柔软亲肤，隔音做得很到位，闹中取静，完全不影响休息。
服务更是暖心，前台热情周到，主动帮忙补充饮用水，有需求响应特别快。早餐品类丰富，营养又美味。
交通、服务、环境全在线，性价比超高。

房间很满意，来看演唱会的，服务态度都很好
出行也很方便，还升级了房型

这个很旧的酒店，空气中弥漫着某种味道，餐厅和洗衣房在地下一层，中间的烘乾机是坏的，破破的，凌晨3点空调断电，哔的一声把我吓醒了，没有了空调吵闹的声音，听见了沙哑声音的老太太不知道用方言在讲什么，隔音很差

Front desk staff were all very helpful. If you are a foreign traveller with minimal Chinese understanding, you will need a translation app. Location is more in a local living area and not super close to a train station but there are buses right outside. There are laundry facilities available to freely use but can get very busy and people will just remove your clothes if the machine cycle has ended. Breakfast not worth the price point when comparing to local places to eat.

This is a clean, quiet hotel, which is close enough to the city central area. Efficient service. The breakfast has limited variety and is the same everyday, but a special shoutout to the server 吕大姐 who prepares noodles and eggs to order—with genuine smiles and enthusiastic service—a nice ray of sunshine to start off the morning. She made my stay very pleasant; much appreciated.
