太坑了，住的不好，吃的不好，晚上浴缸接水泡澡竟然放出来的是黄色的水，里面含有大量的沙子，而且水还不热，这还5星级酒店，早上投诉，酒店竟然说我晚上为什么不提出换房？我也是醉了，晚上11点了，我要泡个澡还要再换房？第二天早上投诉，开始说给补偿，打个6折，话还没说完，领导打电话又说不行，最多8折，打了一圈投诉电话，没有用，中国的大首都，我也就呵呵了
