酒店老、旧，房间里一股怪味，设施过时但价格却偏高。特别要提的是服务态度较差。退房时收费拖鞋的包装袋裂开了也要客人负责，为了一双破鞋退房时交涉二十分钟，难道酒店的过失就必须推给客人承担？
