酒店环境很好很开阔，住的是e楼，楼下就可以停车很方便。房间很干净，热水要多开一下才比较热。

本来想去泡温泉的，可惜没开。房间的洗澡水说是温泉水，颜色有点发黄倒是。用前发现有个小蜘蛛在浴盆里，应该很久没人用了估计。尽管如此，服务还是很不错的，积极帮我们换房间等等。房间可以看到后院的各个大小泡池，可惜没人。这么好的地方，没有开发好啊。

环境很差，没有温泉，说是凑齐十个人，才可以，净扯！屋子很冷，水很凉！洗澡水都得放很久才热，就没住过那么破的酒店！

环境不错，温泉水应该再热一点，用餐不方便！好像散户不太多，入住率有点低，各种娱乐设施好像没开启！不知道什么时候是旺季，平房没有大床房。

中心房间设施老化，色调压抑。卫生间喷头因老化水流很小，牙刷掉毛差点卡在嗓子里，不知在那采购的，真正的国有企业。与价格反差挺多的，太不值了。荷花池面积很大，但没有维护，很萧条，

酒店绿化搞得不错，不过好像最近人手不够，荒芜的地方也比较多。路边黄土层比较厚，不知道刮起大风来是不是会随风而起？

酒店位于北京北郊，环境还是不错的，离机场，新国展和八达岭几乎等距离。就是服务上有许多待改善的地方，晚上入住找前台很困难，接待中心没有人。早餐说是有，还要提前预定，不然就没有。有个别房间打扫的不好，有一个房间抽水马桶都没有冲洗，有一个房间里面还有服务员的工具车。
