唯一的优点就是离地铁站很近，离阜外医院很近。空调不暖和，被褥和枕头很薄，床垫不舒适，屋子里冷，一宿没睡好。设施老旧，墙面开裂，卫生条件极差，牙杯，毛巾，淋浴都不敢用，手纸粗糙。性价比很差，不如住的远一点，这个价格能住的很好。
