作为本店常客，在会议中心附近参加商展活动，一般都选择向朋友推荐这家酒店。这次居停5天，感觉还可以基本保留原来“最佳西方”时的印象；但客房的硬件的确该更新和认真维修（大修）了。另外，前台的服务也比以前需要改善，除了有“小白”这样还能维持原有服务水平的值班经理外（该表扬👍）；还遇到了服务水平不如前台员工的值班经理…（该批评）…希望该店不断优化，有更新的面貌🙏🏻
