电视怎么捣鼓也没反应最后放弃了；毛巾上有长头发；一次性拖鞋质量很差；空调声音很大影响睡眠；楼道里堆着杂物难道没有消防风险吗？
前台坚持12点必须退房没错的，但是态度很生硬就影响体验了。
