8号早上退房才用早餐。准备在四季餐厅用餐，当时领台人员在跟其他人说话，我们拿着两箱子带小孩，就想先进去。结果领台人员让我们出来，没有她允许不准进入，让出示房卡，我说已经退房了，现金支付。她说必须交了钱才让进，要不要她们领台人员干嘛？我要投诉四季厅早餐领台人员的态度。
