首都大酒店的地理位置比较号好，离天安门广场和王府井比较近离崇文门地铁站比较近，酒环境不错，园林式酒店，酒店比较安静，客房服务员打扫房间很及时服务员很有礼貌，早餐非常丰富，早餐厅的经理和服务员非常有礼貌，值得推荐，天安门附近酒店的首选！下次再来入住！

对比之前在北京入住的酒店，这家酒店的服务真的很烂，从第一天前台登记入住时前台服务员好冷傲慢的扑克脸态度，到最后一天准备离店时房间门锁坏掉打不开导致拿不出行李，再三催促说要赶高铁结果慢悠悠换了两个相关人员花了二十多分钟才打开房门，而且连一个道歉都没有，还得全家人一路跑着才赶上高铁，住满三天基本上没见到任何带有笑容的服务。负责任的说这是我住过的服务水平最低的酒店，连快捷酒店都不如。

作为老牌五星酒店，服务、卫生、地理位置都很不错，去各景点都很方便。老公不小心扭了脚，客房服务张爱芳很热心地多次拿来冰块等并给予关心，经过及时冰敷，迅速好转，没有影响旅程，在此特别感谢！这次愉快的旅行，首都宾馆优质的服务功不可没，以后来北京一定还住这里！
