酒店设施还可以吧。但本次入住有一点不好，递交现金押金后，在离店时本人由于匆忙，结账时忘记索要押金。但是酒店方根本就没有提醒。其实酒店方既然明确索要现金押金，在客人退房离开时就应该主动把押金归还客人。我的100块钱押金现在还在酒店压着呢，只好下次再入住时索要了！建议：1.主动提醒客人索要押金；2.客人忘记索要，酒店有义务通过网络退换给客人。
