说实话，设施是真的不咋地，但是我没有来得及拍照片，与其他酒店对比一下就知道了，这个性价比真的低！最最最重要的，就是服务，我选择的是担保到付，在艺龙网上给了199押金，按照流程应该在我离店之后艺龙网就会退回，但是在我入住离店之后，前台一直没有为我的入住状态修改为离店，过了两天都迟迟没有反应，好在我突然记得我在艺龙网还有一笔担保金，不然逾期就自动算违约，不予退款，说到这里我要给艺龙网的客服服务态度点个赞，下午4点催的单，不到6点就退款成功了，总之，再次对比这两个客服态度！我真的觉得贵店需要好好想想！
