整体来讲服务一级棒～不过不知道为啥房间里有很多空地…总想着应该添置点家具…装修还不错，也试了早餐，种类蛮多也有适合各个人胃口的

酒店性价比非常不高，落了一双鞋子在酒店，无人问津，过了十天之后我收拾行李时才想起鞋子落在酒店，我想问你留客人电话信息干嘛不就是怕客人遗留物品通知客人吗，十天没人过问，我去取的时候提了建议也无人理会，态度也相当不好，此酒店建议大家不要选择

设计感强，房间面积适中，厕所与洗漱分开的设计人性化，总体服务较好。但贯彻一般，提出的问题以拖延为主，不能主动解决，比如换拖鞋没有下文，大床房设施上没有浴缸差评，空调启动噪音太大。mini吧没什么东西还要强调免费，有点自己坑自己的意思。服务员对酒店设施和服务内容不熟悉，不能很好的介绍。

To be honest, I think CHAO could be the best hotel in Beijing that I ever stayed. Checked in one night before my birthday then got free update to a suite and a nicely done birthday cake which is surprised. The front desk manager named Eddy is such a nice gentleman who is very positive, helpful and efficient, so does the team. Hopefully the hotel can be completed with the rest of the functions. (it's so new!) Finally, it's the best of the best, I do think I would not go for any other hotels.
