端午节前一天入住的，酒店房间面积较大，设施较旧，前台搞不清到底订了几间房，早餐券给得也不够。酒店周边环境不错，安静、人少。

节日人很多，前台接待显然有些手忙脚乱，尚需培育。可能是古堡的风格，所以房间内较暗，不过还算整洁，只是相比较这个服务，价格稍贵。城堡内没有超市只有一个中餐馆和一个西餐厅，西餐味道一般，套餐人均80。早餐自助，能够吃饱，遗憾的是没有咖啡，如果自驾也可以到密云CBD去吃，开车大概15分钟。由于住宿区风格独特，所以很多人拍婚纱照。但是娱乐设施较少，只有一个酒窖供游客买票参观，按照票价档次提供品酒的种类。套票中还包含一个3D照相馆和赠一小瓶白兰地，自己封装。照相馆去不去两可，可照的并不多。葡萄园大概在8.9月份可以采摘，城堡周边的景色，绿草蓝天还挺怡人的。从这到古北水镇大概需要45分钟，高速费30略贵。

刚开始订的标间，一层，但是感觉有点想地下室。联系艺龙换的豪华单人间。设施有点旧，早餐还行，晚餐午餐评价不好，也没有尝试。出去吃饭买点日用品挺不方便的。经常有拍婚纱，一层听影响休息的。总体感觉一般

住宿条件不错，但是服务真的太需要改善了！服务员一个个真的不知道在干嘛，办入住，三个人办了20分钟，去了房间还是脏房，去逛店服务员都爱搭不理，不会再去
