整体感觉还是很不错的，室内私汤很舒服！二楼服务台的阿姨人都特别好，有求必应！早餐还算丰盛和好吃，就是人太多。但是有两个明显的小问题。第一，房间介绍里说了有冰箱，结果没有。第二，WiFi虽然能连上，但是信号一般，刷手机速度有点慢。

温泉很好，私汤更好。儿童乐园孩子喜欢，bili吧的烤串也好吃。十一期间人多，两点办入住人多的排满了大厅，酒店在疫情期间应该合理安排好旺季办理入住的问题。房间有些小插曲酒店还是很负责的解决。

10.1假期期间去的 爆满 人很多 幸好定的是房间里自带私汤的 不然如果是去公共汤池的话 不知道挤成啥样 大多都是一家子带着老老小小来的 看着就挺闹腾的 还是建议大家选择带私汤的房型

1、服务很差，或者说根本没有服务。给前台和送餐打电话均无人接听。2、外卖需要到大门口取，路程远。3、早餐排队需要等40分钟以上。4、温泉处的服务员更是差评，问了半天毛巾在哪跟没听见一样。5、办理入住时间过长。总之，不会再去

酒店服务很细心周到！王经理真是让人有宾至如归的感觉！酒店其他服务人员也非常礼貌周到，朋友不小心落下东西在酒店，酒店服务人员发现之后就马上打电话说给快递！很不错！早餐很丰富！
