惊魂未定，晚上天花板隔板里有??跑来跑去，通风口还露出尾巴，太吓人了，早上厕所里跑出硕大的小强，房间太小，地段不错。

酒店没有停车位，告诉我停一晚上三十，在艺龙订房间，房费360进去告诉我交三百押金，你屋里有什么需要交三百押金，进了房间发现没窗户，也许是我定错了，房间里面还算干净，就是这服务态度，简直是垃圾，还有就是昨天的订房是我在艺龙最垃圾的一次，前后给艺龙客服打了四个电话，各种定不上，然后告诉我手机客户端更新慢，其实房间已经没有了，我就不明白，能有多慢，能比电脑慢了半个小时，最后就是一切都无法解决，跟我说可以协调退房，一点多了，你让我退房，我住马路么

我们是第二次入住了，环境还是那么棒，离西单商业区非常近。吃喝玩购物绝对的一体。而且酒店有机场送机业务，特别好，不用再拉着行李赶大巴。对于同行有老人孩子，行李多的人，方便许多。下次一定还会住这儿，价格嘛，只能说不便宜，对得起这路段，服务。????赞

酒店位置不错，距离公事地方很近，西单就在边上，购物逛街也很不错，酒店整体环境还行，wifi速度很快，住的普通商务大床房，房间偏小，卫生间挺大，没有一次性拖鞋，也没有赠送瓶装矿泉水，总之还算满意！

每次来北京都住这家，感觉不错，位置好，可以地铁，打车不是特别方便。主要是服务比较好，早餐也还可以，总的来说值得推荐。酒店位置非常好，已经第二次预定了，和以前一样好。标间偏小，卫生不错，挺干净，出门交通方便。晚上还可以抽空去逛街，酒店不远处有个小饭店，有早餐价格也合适
