酒店很舒适、温馨、明亮！副领班服务态度很好，很周到！前台冷冰冰的，没有一点好感！让客人们很不舒服！温泉很舒服，但感觉不是很卫生，泡后朋友都说身上有过敏现象！吃饭感觉比较贵！环境还不错！总体感觉不错!

酒店很有特色，在北京，通过同程网入住，价格非常花算，住得很舒服。唯一不足的就是一瓶330ML的矿泉水（动车及飞机上都免费的那种）价格又没贴在上面，以为和其他同档次的酒店一样赠送给客人的，结果是收费的，还30元一瓶，贵得太离谱了。
