卫生间很好 很大 像假日智选的标准 卫生貌似可以 浴缸没有刷干净 喊了服务员从新刷一遍 房间很小 开门就是大床
进房间先全面检查一番 床头柜前边客人留下的两个保险套 喊了客房部收走 最最最 匪夷所思的是 一楼餐厅设施齐全 不许用
早餐必须只能送房间用 明确定了时间是早上9点送到房间 然 服务员8点18分 敲门 送早餐 怒了 我约的时间 是听我的 还是听你们的
服务员告诉我 那放门口行吗 你说行吗 还说 厨师怕一会忙了 就没时间了 所以都做出来了 你们既然这样 还问我几点要早餐做什么
送什么就只能吃什么 不管你喜欢吃什么 是怕我们在餐厅吃浪费吗 住过无数四星五星 还从未见过这样一家酒店 特意挑选好一点的酒店
只想吃舒服休息舒服 结果早上7点多 服务员就开始用对讲各种骚扰 隔音确实太差 对讲你们不会用耳机吗 对方说的都清晰的不行
还叫不叫客人好好睡觉了 服务员完全没有服务意识 不要早餐之后 服务员开始用对讲各种牢骚抱怨 一层的住客都是要求9点送早餐
所以服务员各种挨骂 你们到底有没有服务意识

酒店设施还不错，可能个人原因到酒店会检查床上用品和浴袍，浴袍貌似没有更换，里边还有头发…屋子的烧水壶坏了，早上阿姨送两瓶水，换壶就10块钱一瓶，不换就免费…不知道逻辑是什么
