整体不错，初二早餐因春节还优惠了5元。最主要的是院子里有免费的停车场，方便自驾到北京的游客。位置方便，离天坛东门很近。

房子不错，装修不错，还5号地铁不到一公里，还有多路公车经过，离天坛龙潭近，热水器是电热水器，天冷多人洗澡要等。

设备较齐，环境较好，靠近法华寺天坛公园龙潭公园，离地铁5号线也近，有684路公交车到龙潭西路站，下车走600米多就到，暖气较暖。
